In February 2023, Batungbacal unexpectedly started to volunteer and work for an art gallery in Madrid called Rosenblut & Friedmann. There, she was able to gain more knowledge about Contemporary Art and serve as the right-hand man of owner Yael Rosenblut.

But every time Batungbacal had to use the toilet in the gallery, she always asked herself: “Why the f*** is there a bicycle in the bathroom?” Eventually she realized that maybe that’s just where it belongs.
